We are excited to help you get you on the right track and shed some lbs for summer! The 5-Week RESET Bootcamp is about getting your body back on track through balanced nutrition and exercise. This program is not about counting calories, starving or slowing down your metabolism.

The RESET Bootcamp is for people who want to:

  1. Lose 4-5lbs* in 5 Days and 10-15 by the end of the 5th week
  2. Lose cravings for sweets and refined carbohydrates
  3. Sleep like a baby while your body detoxes in a healthy way
  4. Achieve balance without deprivation
  5. Receive personal coaching and support to ensure you meet your goals

Here's how the BOOTCAMP works:

1. You can participate from anywhere in the world because the RESET Bootcamp Group will meet by webcast starting on Wednesday, September 7th at 8:00 P.M.

  • Wenesday, September 7th - 8:00 P.M.
  • Wenesday, September 14th - 8:00 P.M.
  • Wenesday, September 21st - 8:00 P.M.
  • Wenesday, September 28th - 8:00 P.M.
  • Wenesday, October 5th- 8:00 P.M.

 

2.  You'll start the RESET Bootcamp on Monday, September 12th.  Your first 5 days will consist of cleansing -- or "resetting" -- the body with the healthy and delicious foods in the 5-Day RESET Kit.  From there, you'll choose which program you would like to continue on for the next 4 weeks -- Phase 1 (Continued Weight Loss) or Phase 2 (Healthy Maintenance).  You'll track your results on the RESET Bootcamp Tracking sheet provided at the first meeting.

 

3. On Wednesdays, we will have a 30 minute webcast focused on education and interactive Q&A! Once you're registered you will receive the call-in details. (Call topics are subject to change - we may tailor the topics specifically for our RESET participants based on their needs.)
